Beautiful apartment , if they fix noise issue

− Basement unit with precarious stairs when carrying suitcases. We were woken at 2.30am both mornings by a large buzzing sound that went for hours and we were unable to sleep. Advised owner/ manager and issue was not rectified. Ruined our time in London

− Un peu bruyant le matin car on est quand même au cœur de la vie londonienne mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé car on partait ensuite à la journée.

7.0Appartement joliment décoré, propre et bien équipé. La PS5 a beaucoup plu aux enfants et le lit bébé était prêt à notre arrivée comme convenu. Les hôtes ont toujours répondu rapidement et avec bienveillance. Localisation idéale : à deux pas d’Oxford Street, des commerces et bien desservi par les transports.
− L’appartement est situé en sous-sol, ce qui n’est pas clairement mentionné dans l’annonce. Nous l’avons découvert via une vidéo envoyée 2 jours avant l’arrivée, trop tard pour modifier une réservation non remboursable. Les escaliers d’accès sont très pentus — avec une poussette, des bagages et de jeunes enfants, chaque sortie était compliquée. La 2e chambre n’a pas de fenêtre. Le bruit extérieur est perceptible dans le salon et la chambre côté rue. Un surcoût lié à un changement de date est apparu sur notre relevé sans avoir été signalé au préalable.
