Good value in a good peaceful position between the City and West End
9.0Very good value for the position and the size.
− There is no way of leaving suitcases either before or after the stay as there are no staff on site (except for cleaning). The decoration is a bit soulless and the supplies are very mean (in comparison to similar apart hotels in and around the City of London)

10.0Great location. Very near tube station, grocery and coffee shops. Lift to top floor. Nicely furnished and clean. Air conditioned. Very generous bathrooms
− Could have used a few extra towels and bath mats Needs to be stocked with kitchen towels and Fairy liquid and sponge for handwashing dishes when there are two few to run the dishwasher
A lovely property let down by a lack of assistance when needed.

− Shower was not great. There was no coffee maker and the tv didn’t work despite reporting it twice. There were no staff on site.
