− The room was old and shabby. Decoration is needed, the cupboard doors are misaligned and hanging low and yellowed due to fading. The lamp bulbs in the room are excessively bright!! There is no switch to turn the lights off over/by the bed
Dirty, loud & no AC - only the location is good.
3.0Great location, 10 minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Fast and very friendly communication through WhatsApp. But that's unfortunately it.
− We were unfortunately quite disappointed with this one. It started with the room being absolutely filthy and dirty upon arrival. The floor was full of hair and dirt, we had to wipe it with a towel, so we could walk without shoes (the towel was BROWN). The bed sheets had stains and were also not changed. The garbage bin still had a tampon in it 😖 Also, you could not open the window properly. No air conditioning. It's July, 30°, like... There were fans, but they were just blowing around hot air. The apartment is next to a train track. You could hear the train rushing by extremely loud every night. We did not sleep more than 4h. It's also a very sketchy area, with junkies laying around in the street.

1.0− The day before our arrival, we got a message that the booking had been cancelled due to ”Operational problems”. We got offered a replacement apartment with one less bedroom for almost the same price. We booked another hotel instead…
NO AC. Bob W moved us to STUDIOS room with AC. Confusing AC advertising: RESIDENES vs STUDIOS.

9.0In jedem Zimmer gab es Ventilatoren und das war sehr nützlich diesen Sommer. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist sehr offen und einladend. Zwei Bäder ist super und die Balkone sind es auch. Es gibt in der direkten Umgebung gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man kann auch gut frühstücken gehen.
