2.0Extremely dirty Poor communication our reservation wasn’t ready Our elevator key stop working and no one helped Furniture all in poor condition Sheets and pillows were unsanitary ETC.

10.0The house was amazing, with amazing view. Parking could be the only issue, as it issued to only 1 person. I will try to stay at this property the next time I go to Miami.
