10.0Nicely presented, well equipped, comfortable and warm. The outside area was also a bonus especially for our little dog. Nadia was extremely friendly and helpful giving very clear instructions on everything. She also messaged on our last day to make sure we’d had a good stay etc. which was a lovely touch.

10.0Spent a week here in late July 2023. It was perfect. Bigger than pictures show. Family of four with two teenagers. We loved being close to underground and buses, and having all the utilities we would need for a week stay in London.
