− Said 3 bathrooms and having looked again not clear on marketing that its two bathrooms and toilet. No wine glasses. Not enough seating in lounge No luggage storage Small beds

− 1. Unacceptable Landlord Conduct The landlord’s behavior throughout our stay was unprofessional and dismissive of basic tenant rights. 2. Dishonest and Exploitative Practices The landlord proved to be both dishonest and motivated purely by profit. They made false claims and misrepresented the property, showing complete disregard for their obligations to guests. 3. Zero Privacy and Intrusive Violations Privacy is non-existent in this property. The walls are paper-thin—every conversation and noise from the neighboring apartment is clearly audible. To make matters worse, on our departure day, cleaning staff barged into the apartment without any warning or prior notification, a shocking invasion of our privacy. 4. Absolutely Not Worth the Money This property is not worth a single penny of what we paid. The combination of deceitful management, terrible soundproofing, and blatant disrespect for guests makes this one of the worst rental experiences imaginable. Save your money and your sanity—stay elsewhere.

Great location, walking distance to Oxford street and Hyde park The size of the apartment is perfect for family

− 1- Although it is a 3 bedrooms apartment they charge per person not per bed ( so make sure about the number of persons before booking as they will have extra charges per person per night) 2- We arrived on time for check in but the apartment was not ready yet so we had to wait 1hr !!! Yet the owner refused to extend our checkout 1hr and insisted to checkout at 10:00 AM! 3- Some of the bed sheets was stained! 4- They have very early checkout time at 10:00 AM and they don’t provide a luggage storage!

I love how spacious, modern and comfortable the flat was. The availability of air conditioning was essential in the sweltering heat. Location was unbeatable with great cafes everywhere. The flat was spotless. This is one flat that I would return to,

− Kitchen essentials such as chopping board, utensils were minimal which made cooking difficult. For a three bedroom flat, the two seater sofa and ottoman were not enough.
