Gemütliches Hotel in schönem Viertel

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Viertel, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Es hat kontaktlos alles super geklappt. Gemütliches Dachgeschosszimmer, für 4 Übernachtungen optimal. Das Frühstück im Café Filo war hervorragend und lecker, da hat sich auch der kurze Fußweg gelohnt.

− Uns war nicht bewusst, dass eine Reinigung des Zimmers optional und somit kostenpflichtig ist. Der vorhandene Safe konnte nicht genutzt werden.

The location of the property is great, a short walk from Gloucester Road station.

− The bathroom tap was spitting out limescale/bits kept coming out of the tap. A used tissue was left on the floor and there were no teabags provided.

Good location, bad experience, other options with similar prices seemed a better deal.

− The room is indeed extremely compact. The sink was clogged, and there was a fan on an improvised table that made no difference in the temperature, even with an open window. Felt like sleeping in a sauna; the room definitely was not suitable for summer. There were 2 shampoos and no body wash. The shower controls were terrible to handle; there was no grip at all. The safe did not have batteries, and the answer I got was that since it had no staff, they wouldn't have reception to help in case of a problem. I had to take my documents with me, as there were people accessing the room for maintenance and no functional safe.

Nächstes Mal lieber ein richtiges Hotel.

Sehr ruhige Lage und doch zentral

− Das Zimmer war relativ eng, das Personal so gut wie nicht anwesend und Frühstück gab’s keins im „Hotel“, sondern nur außerhalb. Wir sind zum Frühstück immer zur Station Earls Court.

Her şey çok pürüzsüzdü. Ekip ile Whatsapp üzerinden hızlıca iletişime geçebiliyorsunuz. Odalar çok kompakt ve çok tatlı. Herhangi bir eksik olduğunda (odada kahve vb. gibi) hemen Whatsapp üzerinden ya da uygulama üzerinden iletişime geçip talep edebiliyorusunuz. Odada kahve makineniz, saç kurutma makineniz, ütünüz, ütü masanıza kadar var. Klimasız olan odada kaldım, vantilator de temin edilmişti. Konum olarak çok merkezi ve güvenli bir yerde. Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Tüm ekip çok tatlıydı, tekrar tekrar kalmak isterim. Bir hafta kaldığım için 1 kerelik ücretsiz oda temizliği hakkım vardı, bence gayet yeterliydi, çünkü odada pek de vakit geçirmiyorsunuz Londra'da olunca. Odadaki ses yalıtımı gayet iyiydi. İnternet harika çalışıyordu, eğer uzaktan çalışması gerekenler olursa bence internet gayet yeterli olacaktır. Otele, odanıza girişler hep size iletilen kod ile yapılıyor, bu da çok kullanışlı, çünkü anahtar ya da kart gibi bir şeye bağımlı kalmıyorsunuz. Odada su kesintisi oldu çok kısa süreliğine, daha ben fark ettiğim gibi ekip çoktan fark etmişti, tesadüfen lobide karşılaştığımızda benimle odama kadar gelip düzelip düzelmediğini hemen kontrol ettiler, o kadar hızlılardı. Resepsiyon katında ihtiyacınız olursa fazladan havlu, tuvalet kağıdı, çay, kahve, şeker, süt, kulak tıkacı vb. gibi şeyleri temin edebiliyorsunuz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim, tekrar tekrar kalacağım bir otel! :)
