Absolutely superb hotel!!! The architecture beautiful and cleanliness was outstanding. It is a must stay! The staff took the superb rating and elevated it another level with their service, Karim and Caleb went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and left me a lovely surprise in the room for my birthday and looked after me throughout my stay, when they were not there Haroon was there. Sadik in the restaurant catered to all my needs. Nothing was too hard or too much and I appreciated the chats throughout the stay.

We stay the second time in this Hotel. Last year opening and some fail on Service, Breakfast, Dinner. Overall it was ok for 1.300 USD (11 Day) This year price was going up and Service going Down ! Breakfast and Dinner bad, no Sport Activity at Beach. only Promises "maybe tomorrow". it looks like a Business Hotel for 1-2 Stays it will be ok. Near the Hotel some new Building and loud working

TODAYS DINNER EXPERIENCE AT SEA POINT HOTEL PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS PARK REGIS BY DUBAI PRINCE ISLANDS

We stayed for a day at sea point hotel room no 313 and 314 with family full board package and extra two of my kids joined to eat dinner but they charged an extra fee of 180 for both of them 90 dhs per person and 180 is not a small fee but it is ok If the food is good but to our disappointment there was barely any variety just some food which you can barely call a buffet I was very disappointed by the food and worse how much they charged for it . The food was totally not worth the money there was not even a main dish no proper meal to actually feel satisfied and cost for THIS is tottaly unbelievable just 3-4 dishes nothing special this is my first experience seeing a buffet like this and the fact they charged an extra 180 for 2 kids one who is 13 nd one 15 for this poor food is tottally unacceptable.

The staff are so kind, Mr. Shafeek from the reception who assisted us with respect and politeness. The place is so relaxing with a seaside and pool view, perfect for a family get together. Overall, our check-in experience is incredible. I recommend this to everyone who wants a quick escape to a busy city.

But the true treasure of the hotel was its staff – the people who transformed our holiday into something truly magical. A special and huge thank you to: * Lolit, Priyanka, Boris: Your attention, professionalism, and genuine smile made our stay special every single day. You are true service stars! * The entire wonderful restaurant team (boys and girls!), whose names, unfortunately, we couldn't all remember: You worked wonders! Your work was well-coordinated, efficient, and always carried out with a smile and a willingness to help. You showed truly caring and incredibly friendly treatment to our entire family, but we were especially touched by your care and attention to our son, Ayaz. He felt genuinely welcome and surrounded by warmth, which is priceless for us as parents. Thank you for these heartfelt moments! The food at the hotel was of the highest standard! Diverse, delicious dishes, the freshest ingredients, and beautiful presentation – every meal was a true pleasure. The restaurant team did a brilliant job! Overall, we are incredibly pleased with every minute spent at the Park Regis by prince. The combination of luxurious conditions, impeccable cleanliness, exquisite cuisine, and, most importantly – the amazing, warm-hearted staff – created the atmosphere of a perfect family holiday.
