10.0The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, with incredible views, and I completely fell in love with the bathroom 🖤. For my birthday they decorated the room so beautifully and even surprised me with a delicious cake, it made me feel truly special. The service was impeccable. A special mention to Shakil, who kept our room spotless and made sure we were pampered, and to Daniela at reception for her kindness and warm welcome. Honestly, every member of staff we met was genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience unforgettable. I usually don’t stay in the same hotel twice when I travel because I like to try new places, but this is one I will definitely return to without hesitation. It felt like a dream from start to finish ✨🌴

10.0Amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth with complimentary welcome drinks. The two rooms we booked were spotless, spacious, and had an incredible Burj Khalifa view. The staff even checked in with us via WhatsApp to ensure everything was perfect — a true culture of care! Highly recommended.
