10.0Hermosa la habitación, tal cual aparece en las fotos o aún más. Nada para ajustar, todo impecable. La ubicación es excelente. Tomarse un café mirando por la ventana al canal no tiene precio. Pero lo realmente sobresaliente es la atención de Johannes. No alcanza el 10, es un 11. Estuvo atento desde el momento de la reserva a todo lo que podíamos necesitar y más. Es el anfitrión perfecto, de esos que realmente quieren que tu estadía sea memorable, y así lo fue. ¡Gracias!

10.0We had a lovely stay overall. The location is excellent, especially being close to Vondelpark, and the room was clean and comfortable. Johannes was very helpful and accommodating, and the luggage storage after checkout was much appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we really enjoyed our time here.
− The staircase has uneven step spacing between first and second floor, so we had to be extra careful, especially with our daughter (9 yr) - not a major issue at all.

10.0We had the best stay here! Everyone was lovely and the room was quite spacious. It does have the typical steep Amsterdam stairs, but Johannes carried up our bags for us which was so kind! Beautiful views of the canal too and cute Henry the Heron. We would definitely recommend.

10.0Something that was unique about the property was the staff. The owner Johannes was beyond helpful and he was able to assist us with any concerns or questions we had. The communication was fast and informative, even before we settled into the hotel. We recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amsterdam for the first time because the location is phenomenal and the hotel is in good condition and has all amenities.
