The location is excellent, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. The apartment is attractive at first glance and photographs very well. I also appreciate that, after Booking.com intervened, the host agreed to refund most of the reservation (would´ve been 5 nights in total), which allowed us to relocate after the problems could not be resolved.

− Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what we expected. The main issue started immediately after check-in. The blackout blind on the skylight directly above the bed was broken and could not be closed. We reported it right away. Because it was spring, sunlight was shining directly onto the bed from around 5 a.m. Another window had no blackout blind at all, so the room never got properly dark. We had booked five nights, but after the 1st night we were already waking up much earlier than planned and feeling tired. The apartment also had no sound or smell insulation at all. We could hear the neighbors as if they were inside our room: conversations, TV, a young child, and other noises that should never be audible through a wall. We could also smell everything they cooked, from morning toast to heavy fried food in the evening. Instead of repairing the broken blind, the solution they gave was placing a blanket on the outside of the skylight, literally on the roof, with part of it hanging into the room (!). It reduced the light, but the next day it rained, so the blanket became soaked and water started dripping into the room. We asked again to be moved to another apartment but were told none were available and that the skylight could not be repaired because it was a holiday. There were several other maintenance issues: a loose bathroom faucet that needed repair, a worn and dirty carpet and sofa, a missing smoke detector (only the mounting bracket remained), and remote controls that shared a single set of batteries, forcing us to move them between devices. Because the issues could not be resolved, we had to find another hotel and move our luggage during our trip. This cost us several hours and caused a lot of stress. Unfortunately, it happened on my birthday, which was the reason for the trip. Only after Booking.com intervened did the host agree to cancel the remaining nights. We were still charged for 1 night and a cleaning fee (more expensive than booked).

-الموقع ممتاز -دخول سريع وخروج سريع -خدمة تنظيف الغرفة ممتازة ودقيقين جداً بالتنظيف لكنها بمقابل مادي -الشقه واسعة ومريحة تكفي خمس أشخاص بالراحة -فيها جميع الأمور اللي ممكن تحتاجها مكينة قهوة كبسولات غساله ملابس بصابون غساله مواعين هيتر كل شيء -المفارش نظيفة والفوط نظيفة -الأمان فيها عالي -سرعة ردهم وتجاوبهم مع أي مشكلة

− -مافيها رشاش موية -حمام واحد لأربع أشخاص مع اني كنت ادري وانا احجز بس مو مريح -انقطعت الموية تقريباً اربع ساعات وكانوا مبلغينا قبلها بومين للأمانة انها بتنقطع بس ماحبيت -الغرفة الماستر مافيها عزل زين تسمع كل شيء بالشارع

− לא קבלנו את קוד הכניסה לבנין מראש בעיה להשאיר מזוודות במקום אחרי הצ'ק אאוט בקשר עם הצוות-מידע משתנה ולא ברור, קשה להבין ולקבל החלטות
