10.0Fantastic modern and comfortable place in an ideal location to see the hot spots in Madrid. Comfortable beds, washer and dryer combo, made it feel like home. Classy.

4.0Like the location. There is no service and can't talk to anybody for help. Can't get the dryer to work and can't get additional towel. Therefore we have to use the same towel for 14 days. If you just stay for a few days, that is fine but not for longer.

8.0Very difficult check in. For anyone booking this hotel, monitor your email frequently and watch for any emails. You have to check in online 24 hours ahead of check in time. There are not staff at this location. It’s all electronic. We would stay again now that we understand the process but a definite learning curve.

8.0We had a lovely stay at this aparthotel. It’s in a great location and feels safe. The bathroom has a slight smell as it probably needs better ventilation and it was noisy in the mornings by workmen but apart from that - it was great!
