8.0This was a super-convenient location near the Madrid Atocha train station. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood but walking distance to the main museums in Madrid. It was a perfect home-base for the three of us to explore Madrid.

8.0The check-in was very simple and we were pleased to walk into a nice, clean room. Our visit was less than 24 hours so we were not able to explore the area too much. The location was great as we were able to walk from the train station to the hotel and out again for dinner. Also, the hotel staff communicated very quickly with any questions I had using WhatsApp. Thank you, Smartr Atocha Reina Sofia!
A clean and well positioned one night stay
8.0We stayed for one night and were happy with the studio for this length of time. Very well equipped with plenty of space. Very close to the station it was good value for money and easily walkable to other areas of the city. The room was very clean. Downsides - we were on the ground floor and the “views” from the room were a little dismal - but for something so close to the station this was to be expected. I also had to chase the team running the location for the access codes and I would have expected to receive these at the time that check in was possible.

8.0Apartment was very nicely appointed. Clean and in good location. Only issues were firm matresses and incorrect exterior code was give multiple times before we received the correct one. Otherwise we would recommend this place
