9.0The location is very convenient, there is 7-11 just downstairs. The Local restaurant called Lao Ba Cha just right beside the hotel. We go to there for breakfast everyday. The staffs there are so helpful and friendly, especially a guy with glasses (I don’t know his name) he is very polite and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, modern design. Our stay is just wonderful.
− In the morning around 9am there is some clean up outside which a bit noisy, I think it’s the only thing that I’d concern. But overall, it’s prefect!

− Not a fan of the online check in (I was a bit earlier than the check in time, but there was to way to ask for an earlier check in) and on the phone room card (low phone battery isn’t fun).

5.0The location is really good. Near shopping mall and MRS.
− The room is not clean and no house cleaning everyday. The breakfast in Laobacha is really bad. And the strict Set A/B/C cannot change. The customer service is not good and the communication quality should be improved since I cannot get the invoice.
