4.0El apartamento estaba limpio y el acceso sin llave es cómodo.
− El proceso de check-in fue desesperante, horrible. Hasta el mismo día, habiendo pagado días antes, no tuve los datos para el check-in. Múltiples llamadas a atención al cliente y muchas pérdidas de tiempo. La disposición del anfitrión a ayudarnos fue pésima. La ubicación está algo alejada del centro. La cama es un colchón apoyado en unos puffs y las paredes son de papel.

10.0The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable. Great location for exploring London with the tube stop nearby and check-in was very simple as I was given door codes in advance. I would book again!
