2.0− w ciągu naszego pobytu dwa razy zepsuła się pompa wody, co spowodowało wielogodzinny całkowity brak wody i prądu. Nie można było korzystać z łazienek, toalet i kuchni. Podczas awarii utrudniony był kontakt z biurem i administratorem. Nie odbierali telefonów, nie odpowiadali na sms. Na zgłoszoną wieczorem awarię odpowiedzieli dopiero następnego dnia po godzinie 9:00. Okolica bardzo głośna szczególnie w nocy, ponieważ budynek sąsiaduje z pubem i kasynem, z którego przez całą noc wychodzą bardzo głośni klienci. Klimatyzacja w sypialni była bardzo głośna, w nocy nie dało się spać jak była włączona.

9.0Emplacement idéal, proche de toutes commodités. Communication parfaite avec l'hôte très sympathique. Tout peut se faire à pied, les transports sont très pratiques, bus, métro, taxis... Restaurants ouverts très tard. L'appartement est très propre et très fonctionnel.
− Le bruit des voisins juste insupportable mais qui ne dure pas trop longtemps heureusement. Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable. Le matelas est très fin, il est difficile d'y dormir.

9.0A lot of space, which is not common for this price in London. Walking distance to several metro stations, bus stop was just behind the corner. Close to Hidepark. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Kitchen was well equipped.
