We had a great stay and would happily return. Jonathan and his team were friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy from start to finish. The location is excellent, with everything you need within walking distance. Zhongshan Mall is just a short walk away and has a FairPrice supermarket on the second floor, along with plenty of dining and shopping options. There's also a 7-Eleven, Starbucks, McDonald's, and Balestier Market and Mega Food Centre nearby, making it easy to find affordable local meals at any time of the day. The nearest bus stop is less than a five-minute walk away, with convenient connections to the MRT or direct routes into the city, including Marina Bay and Chinatown. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Singapore. Thank you, Jonathan and your team, for your hospitality. We will definitely be back again soon.

the concept is very good, easy access, and great staff.

− the room was a bit run down (needs a paint ) and my room window faced into a car park that is regularly used by nearby shop customers ( even late at night). The bathroom was new but house keeping are 🚫 very fussy about toilet cleaning or inside cabinets or under beds. It was a very small room but the if the room was better maintained it would have made up for the size.

The location and the staff were amazing. Other than that... ummm

− I booked a room with a window, but unfortunately it had no curtains or blinds. The glass was completely see-through, and I could clearly see into Room 402 from my bed, which meant others could potentially see into my room as well. It made me feel very uncomfortable and offered very little privacy. I had also requested a lower-floor room due to mobility issues following my cancer treatment, but my request could not be accommodated. While I appreciated that someone helped me carry my heavy luggage upstairs during check-in, there was no assistance when I checked out, so I had to carry it down the stairs by myself. With no lift available, this was particularly challenging. The room was also very noisy, and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. In the end, I checked out at 4:30 a.m. because I simply couldn't rest. The flooring was also in poor condition and appeared quite worn. Overall, I really wish I had stayed at my previous hotel. I regret booking this one, as it was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of money. Based on my stay, I unfortunately cannot recommend this property.

Self catering. Room very small Adequately clean. Not quiet. No lift. I was directed to a staircase to carry case up a flight of stairs (difficult with a disability) A pool of stained water appeared during the night from under the door. I don’t know if it was dripping from the air con, or it came from outside. Floor was stained

− Not a peaceful stay. Could hear neighbours, doors banging
