1.0− THIS PROPERTY IS A SCAM. They call it the Upper West Side Oasis but the address they display is for their OFFICE. The actual property they rent out is in MIDTOWN. Blatant false advertising and HORRIBLE customer service

6.0I checked in at 8pm and the cleaner waited for me in my room until I got the key. The check in was smooth! Although the house is dated, the room was clean and tidy and had everything you need. Good location for tourists.
− The room that I stayed in did not match the picture. I booked because I saw the location on the Upper West Side and it turned out that was the address of the office. The actual address was 50th street. It caused me a lot of trouble and I feel host has an obligation to inform tenants in advance! For multi-lingual or multi-passport holders, be sure to pay the deposit with a bank card in the same name. I paid the deposit twice and it was a huge hassle! I don't know how to prove that both of my legal names are my own.
