8.0Расположение и хозяин (особенно скорость ответа) — супер! А ещё в номере было чисто и хорошо пахло, так что мы довольны!
− Вид из окна традиционно испанский: в грустный и серый колодец, а само жильё — на -1 этаже. Про это просто нужно знать)
En general estuvo muy bien, me gusto mucho el lugar, estaba limpio, habia cafecito y era muy central

10.0Buena distribución. Tiene todo lo necesario. Muy limpio. Todo en excelentes condiciones. Cama cómoda y el sofá cama también lo es. En relación a la ubicación está duoer bien. Fácil movilizarte por metro o transporte público
− Tener en cuenta que en el caso de la unidad donde yo me alojé es pequeño. Creo que dos personas están cómodas y el espacio es ideal. No se si las otras unidades sean mas amplias. Como acotación y eso ya no depende del dueño sino de los usuarios, la puerta principal por lo general la dejaban sin cerrar bien.

8.0The apartment has almost everything needed. A small tv room, quite comfortable, hair dryer, iron, drying rack...it's very close, few mn walk with no stairs, to a major metro/bus/train station "Avenida de America". The host was very helpful when we asked for a personal service.
− Would loved to have a second pillow and a second small towel for extra comfort.
