8.01. CP值滿分!!! 2. 設施齊全(基本的冰箱之外, 還有洗衣機/微波爐/電磁爐/曬衣架). 3. 以這個價位在東京來說空間很大(臥室約14平方米, 客廳約10平方米), 其餘為廁所及浴室.
− 1. 離地鐵比預期遠(步行超過1.1公里). 2. 廁所比預期小, 重點是沒辦法沖洗馬桶蓋. 3. 地板的材質不好拖地. 4. 雖然什麼都有, 但是什麼都小, 打開行李都要先清出空間. 5. 火車經過會略微震動, 淺眠的人會受到影響.

10.0It was clean, cozy, and enough for our group of four. The location near the train station was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this accommodation again. Highly recommended!
− The highway next to the apartment is quite busy, so you can hear some traffic, but we got used to it very quickly. It wasn’t a problem for us at all.

9.0Location is convenient for the station although it’s a little walk but it’s nice that you come by a few konbinis on your way back to the property. The place is for the price very spacious compared to other options in Tokyo.
