Lage direkt an der U-Bahn

− Kundenservice nicht hilfreich als das wlan nicht ging, man konnte kein einziges Fenster in der Wohnung offen da sie entweder mit Schlüssel verschlossen oder mit einer Stange blockiert waren, dadurch hat die ganze Wohnung modrig gerochen. Fernseher war gesprungen genau so wie das kochfeld. Man hat keinen persönlichen Kontakt und keine Telefonnummer. In der Anzeige steht dass ein Parkplatz dazu gehört, leider war das nicht so.

Nothing it is a scam

− Its a complete scam do not book, took me 2 months to get the £700 back and I only got it back once fighting with my bank as the host was NO HELP WHATSOEVER. They tried to send us (7 young women) an hour across Berlin to another apartment that I didn’t book as they said this wasn’t available anymore. We were stood in a park opposite the supposed apartment (which i don’t think actually exists as it looked empty through the windows) for 2 hours trying to get the code to access the apartment. I messaged and rang the host multiple times and they were no help they just kept lying to me about what i had booked. They offered a full refund for the stay but never actually sent the refund and instead sent me TWO FACE REFUND RECEIPTS. Absolutely HORRIFIC experience, no apology for leaving us without accommodation.

Great apartment for 5 travellers, with 2 bathrooms in a convenient location.

The location was great, with underground and supermarkets just minutes away. Lots of bars and restaurants locally with a great variety of food types. We used the apartment as a base, and it was just what we needed, with great transport links.

− On arrival we were slightly shocked at graffiti on the outside, but once inside it was perfect - clean, had everything you need and 2 bathrooms. As it was so hot when we arrived there were fans in the bedrooms, which was great.

Very nice position. A lot of restaurants in the area. Recomanded for grups

Self check in. Did have a couple of problems with door. Rooms was fantastic nice and large. Showers was amazing.

- Tolle Lage mit der U-Bahn Linie 5 in der Nähe kommt man schnell zu den wichtigsten Punkten. - Ausreichend Zimmer auch für größere Familien

− - Für Liebhaber von extrem weichen Matratzen super. Wer normale oder etwas härtere Matratzen wünscht, wird Probleme haben. - WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Man bekommt immer wieder die Aufforderung das Problem zu schildern. Bis zur Abreise …. Überhaupt kein Service - eine Katastrophe. - Die Parksituation vor Ort ist (Stadtteiltypisch) ebenfalls katastrophal. Auto muss - wenn vor Ort auf das Auto verzichtet werden soll - muss sehr weit weg geparkt werden. - Unseriös fanden wir die Bitte nach der Abreise, positive Rückmeldungen auf booking.com zu veröffentlichen, kritische aber direkt an die Vermieter.
