9.0The property was big enough for us. We are 5 persons and there were 2 bedrooms. So I contacted the owner beforehand, and made sure if they could provide one more sofa bed. And when we arrived to the flat, the sofa bed was already adjusted and provided with a duvet. Also, one of their staff explained everything about the house, which was very nice because I can ask to anything to actual person. During our stay, the button to flash the toilet had broken. But they fixed on the day we contacted. It was super quick. There is a big kitchen, so we enjoyed cooking for ourselves. We could save some money, too. It would be too price to eat out every time in London. We really enjoyed staying in this house. 100% recommended.
− A fan in the house was dusty, but it was OK we didn't use anyway. And the hair dryer was broken.

10.0We spent five nights in this accommodation in London and we couldn't have been happier. We were a family of 4 adults and 1 baby. From the moment we booked, Mirko was always very approachable, communicative and helpful. We were able to check in earlier according to the time of our flight, we were provided with European plug and at check out we were also allowed to check out late, which makes all the difference in managing the trip. The apartment is close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. There are no stairs, it's heated and has all the necessary equipment (for example, towels, detergents for machines, bath products, coffee and tea, etc). It's also worth mentioning that it's a baby-friendly apartment and you can get a crib and highchair. We couldn't be happier. We recommend the accommodation. Thank you

10.0Location. Location. Location. The property was exactly as booked ‘Spacious and Unique’. Communication with the property managers was excellent 10+++. Getting access to the property upon arrival really was wonderful- we were given a tour , provided with a list of suggested restaurants in the area, tourist places, bus / train locations. Perfect place for longer stay for a family or a couple
9.0Very spacious and has everything what you need. Location is great with lots of nice bars and restaurants around, and just 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station.
− I missed a bit of outside light, and maybe some easy furniture on the terrace outside so we could enjoy the nice weather.
