Gran ubicación y comodidad!
9.0Buena ubicación que permitía caminar un poco hasta paseo de gracia o plaza Cataluña y excelente equipamiento de la propiedad. Tiene un pequeño living en la entrada y luego la cocina comedor.
− Climatización. Se nota que la propiedad no fue considerada para residir inicialmente, se techo con vidrio un patio, lo que genera dificultades para climatización e insonorización y el aire acondicionado instalado en el comedor es muy viejo (hace mucho ruido y no funciona tan bien)
THERE IS NO WINDOW - in the whole flat. You can hear your Neihbhor clearly in your room, bad mattress

− THERE is NO WINDOW- !!!!!! Zero air or circulation possible in this flat. Zero INSulation You hear the Neihbhors like thei are in your flat Bed extremely soft you feel the hard wood. Very bad mattress sinking type.

9.0Muy lindo las habitaciones amplias y comodas no tiene ventana que por momentos se siente el encierro. Pero con cocina y todo lo necesario para la estadía. Buena ubicación

8.0Место приятное, район очень симпатичный Эшампле, много всяких классных местечек, рестораны, магазины.. Можно дойти до центра, до набережной уже далековато. В квартире всё есть, доступ удобный, первый этаж.
− Нет окон. Это очень странно, сделан прозрачно матовый потолок на кухне, но нигде нет окон. Первый этаж, видимо переделано под квартиру бывшее административное помещение. Только один санузел.
