10.0Da localização que é perto de diversos pontos de interesse e visitação, estação de metrô, supermercados, bares e restaurantes. Além da simpatia e hospitalidade do anfitrião Sr. Alberto que sempre foi muito solícito, ofereceu umas cortesias de aperitivos e bebidas, além de amenidades de banho na nossa chegada e facilitou demais nossa estadia. Ambiente agradável e acolhedor, em uma rua não barulhenta. Passamos quase 3 meses incríveis por lá.
− Poderia ter um pouco mais de utensílios de cozinha, como depósitos ou vasilhas para servir a comida após o preparo... mas nos viramos bem.

10.0Alberto’s place was perfect for our stay in Madrid! It comfortably hosted the four of us — the beds are large, and the apartment is smartly designed to maximize space. The location is excellent, just steps away from great bars, restaurants. What really stood out was Alberto’s generosity: he left us beer, milk, juices, toast, coffee, tea, ice cream, chocolate, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and plenty of extra towels. The apartment was spotless, and communication with Alberto was super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Great stay in the centre of the city and a nice host
10.0The property has all that is required for a nice stay in the centre of the town. We were provided with drinks in the fridge and some basic food items, which were helpful after a long journey. Alberto was very thoughtful and kind.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. It had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On top of that, the location was outstanding—perfectly situated and convenient for exploring the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left with wonderful memories and a big smile!
