Great stay, perfect for what we needed.
9.0Great location and easy to find with instructions from the owner. Good communication with owner before staying. Apartment was really spacious especially for Venice. Perfect for a family. Useful to be able to store baggage on day of checkout.

Great location, pleasant stay but not good customer service to resolve issues.
6.0The location, the space and cleanliness were great.
− The aircon would not work, the virtual Assistant would not work without a code of which none was provided to me and the owner did nothing to help me resolve my issues, in fact he just stoped messaging me back and I heard nothing from him the rest of the trip. Even tried to ask questions about where to leave the taxes. If it not for the location and cleanliness I would have scored lower.
I love how clean the property is, and the place is stunning. It’s close to all the best spots to visit in Venice. I high
