10.0The place was lovely and quite comfortable. Nathan was extremely kind and responsive when we encountered any issues or confusion during our stay. I highly recommend it. It's conveniently located near Loughborough Junction station as well as bus stops making it easy to get around.

− The apartment is located in a block that looks like government housing, the neighborhood didn't feel great. The heating was too high and there was strong damp smell.
