Very spacious apartment with great amenities, lots of beds and newly renovated. Very clean and modern and would go again. Shops and main street right next to you so can go down and do some shopping or go to cafes or restaurants nearby Wood green is about a 15 min walk away if you fancy a stroll, worth it if you want very nice restaurants and takeaways Great Place would recommend

− The light in the bathroom had a sensor so it turned off constantly especially when showering, literally no on street parking that isn't a permit only Monday to Friday one, so if your driving make sure you come at the weekend or your going to have to park very far away Washing machine was leaking so wasn't ideal, landlord said they'll fix it ASAP but wasn't fixed during our stay I was constantly sinking in the beds which I didnt like, maybe I'm just used to my bed which is quite expensive

All in all, it's an amazing place so highly recommend

It was clean and transport was easily accessible, convenient store just next door which was a plus and communication from the staff was also amazing.

− A bit noisy at night from people hooting and sirens from the ambulances but it's not the owners fault...so if you're a light sleeper do not use the bedroom facing the road.

Bright and clean flat

Nothing

− We booked 2 nights here but after the first night we found another apartment close by and booked that instead for the second night. To summarise, similar to other reviews mentioned - the family upstairs which I believe live there permanently, have their child running around the flat continuously from around 4am, this woke us up. There’s a pipe above the main bedroom window which just runs onto the roof from height - making a loud running water noise every time the upstairs flat uses water. Strong smell of drains throughout the flat. The front door lock has been kicked in at some point as there’s damage to the door frame and the lock only just holds the door closed The bedroom doors don’t stay closed as the door handle mechanism is broken on both bedrooms The living room windows front a beer garden of a large pub, which is no problem usually, except the window frames are damaged and cannot actually be closed so the noise in the living room means you might as well sit in the beer garden with the locals. The washing machine leaks water all over the kitchen floor which isn’t a new thing as the laminate is all mouldy/warped. The bathroom has an auto light which turns off too quickly, so when you’re in the shower you have to open the door and wave your arms around every minute to put the light back on The flat in general hasn’t had a good clean in a while
