Excellent, exceeding expectations.
9.0First of all, value for money. Exactly what needed in terms of space and facilities, nothing missing. Also, surroundings are quiet and not crowdy, with reasonable facilities available, including a Mall at walking distance.
− Maybe the fact that entrance in building is just from one side, which is not always convenient. However, might be difficult to have more than one entrance, from security point of view, I agree.

6.0We did enjoy our stay. The view was great and the supermarket was within walking distance. There was a dedicated parking lot in the basement and the organizer was very helpful in resolving issues in a timely manner.
− The security at the elevators made it rather inconvenient to come and go easily. One night even the guard said that we had to go one by one through the gate. Part of the building is under construction which sometimes blocked the elevator to the parking lot. The apartment is rather far from the city center and the appliances are sometimes a bit noisy. A cleaning service is provided at an extra cost.
