10.0Excelente atención del personal, cuidando cada uno de los detalles y todo en su justa medida, muy contentos con todo.
− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba al 100% pero igual estaba fresco el lugar.
Fabulous property, apart from above, in perfect location. Quiet at night despite being on the Rambla.

− We were left waiting for over 30 mins for someone to give us access even though we had said we’d be there at 2pm. We had to make contact again to request access. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned. It fell down while we were there and was temporarily fixed with tape. The toilet area in general needs upgrade.
Bon emplacement l’appartement pourrait être mieux noté après amélioration des points négatifs.
8.0Bon emplacement pas loin du métro et des centres de visite et des commerces de proximité Belle vue quartier agréable et animé.
− Accueil assez rapide pas d’explication. Une seule grande serviette pour 5 jour d La barre de rideau de douche ne tient pas .Le rideau Devrait être changé car sale et remplacé par une paroi de douche . Manque de verres et couverts pour la vaisselle . Manque de rangement certains placards sont fermés
Luggage problem if you come earlier or leave later

− The aircon is not working, reported to the owner but no action, ask if we can leave the luggage in the room or outside the room till 12:30, but was rejected even though the next checkin time is 2-3pm. Don't stay there if you will come earlier than check-in time or leave after check out time, it will have big trouble for the luggage and the owner will not help

Ideal location, nice flat, expectations fully met.
9.0Perfect location. The flat had everything needed, and ideal for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen, but no washing machine. Fully met expectations.
− Description on Booking said the deposit had to be paid by cash upon arrival, but it is actually done through a web platform. I didn't feel secure having to use an external platform to make a payment, but it was all fine in the end.
