Great stay near shops and underground

Nice house located near Putney Heath. The one bedroom unit had a kitchenette and washing machine, which were very helpful. The host provided coffee, milk, tea and water. She was very responsive when I asked for additional cooking utensils. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores were located about 20-25 min walk away. The underground and buses were also within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

− The space is tight for two people for more than a few nights, but is definitely manageable. There was also a bit of mold in the shower.

Property unsafe - AVOID

− Property unsafe - the key code for the main door (6291#) and the individual apartments are EXACTLY the same (6291#). So anyone with the main door code could get into my individual unit at any time of day or night. There was no way to secure or bolt the door once inside. This is, of course, very unsafe and meant my stay with my very young daughter was scary and uncomfortable. Customer service non-existent - Nadia was mocking, dismissive and rude and could not grasp the basic idea that every apartment and the front door having the same code is terrible security. Further, even prior to this issue, Nadia referred to guests as “victims” and has no customer service skills.

Hosts were incredibly friendly and informative before during and after the stay, and the property was clean and tidy in a lovely part of London. Peaceful and only a short walk (20 minutes?) to the Thames and the tube/railway

Great studio apartment ideal for visits to Wimbledon.

Lovely cosy studio as described. Ideal for travelling to Wimbledon and had all facilities needed. Only 10 minute walk from Putney station and a few minutes walk from closest bus stop.

− Only a small mirror in the bathroom and although a mirror outside in communal hallway no mirrors in the room which made it difficult when doing hair and make-up. Very minor vanity recommendation which I feel would improve accommodation but did enjoy our stay.

Great clean and comfortable accomodation close to Wimbledon.

Perfect place to stay for Wimbledon, a short walk and bus trip to the AETC. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and bedding. Kitchen was a good size.

− Only complaint I had was no wifi but it may of been sent to me in an email I missed.
