If you're looking for a single room close to the trade fair, this is the perfect place.
10.0A very good location - a 5-minute walk to ExCel. The bed is very comfortable, and the room has everything you need for a short stay. The quiet neighborhood ensures a good night's sleep. The host is very friendly, offering delicious coffee for breakfast. I'd happily stay again next time.
