Квартира с хорошим расположением, довольно средним ремонтном и уаааством сантехники и совершенно ужасным хозяином.

Единственный плюс - месторасположение. Идеальная близость к Галата башне, в тихом переулке, где не слышно шума от туристов.

− Хозяин не прислал инструкции по заселению. По приеду нам пришлось просить местного таксиста звонить и просить прислать инструкцию (у нас не было еще местной сим карты). Заселились мы в номер, который не был убран после предыдущих жильцов. На это сообщение, на удивление, хозяин ответил, предложив переселиться в номер этажом ниже. Но он оказался меньше, не таким комфортным и красивым. В квартире оказалось очень холодно, не хватало оделяла. Хозяин 2 суток не отвечал на сообщения с просьбой принести одеяло.

The flat is in a convenient location.

− Communication with the host was difficult. The internet only works in the living room and not in the bedrooms. The boiler is located in the second bedroom, which makes it hard to sleep if someone else is showering or using hot water. The sash windows don’t stay open, and it gets incredibly stuffy. there is a huge dryer in smaller bedroom which takes up most of the space making it difficult to move.

Only stay for location, everything else is not that great.

Location is steps away from galata tower, surrounding area has really good vibes.

− Shower areas had a lot of black mould, which was a bit scary. Definitely needing maintenance. Floors are extremely squeaky to walk on. No one responds to any messages or questions on booking.com, we didn’t receive any check in instructions, or how to find the place until we called multiple times.

Great value and convenient spot

The living area and the main bedroom were very nice. The host prepared clean towels, and there was a big fridge. The host also gave clear instructions on how to get into the property. The beds were comfortable, and the whole flat was very clean.

− The second bedroom had the boiler in it, can get a bit warm, and did not have a spare socket. The washing machine was not very clean.

Great stay, recommend.

Location was great. Right next to Galata tower but behind buildings so no noise

− The floors were extremely squeeky who ch was difficult with sleeping toddlers
