Very disappointed.

− Got bit by red ants in bed, bed is very uncomfortable, place is dirty and needs renovation. Junk pile in front yard and place is cited by Biscayne Park for it. Trash bin outside was full, TVs in bedrooms don't work and the place smells. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

10.0We had a rest with friends in September. Everything was super! The house was very clean, the furniture was not broken, the household appliances were new, from the dishwasher to the coffee maker. The house had absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Stayed a weekend but loved the place and would definitely come back.

8.0It is a part of a duplex, clean and well equipped, with a hot tub in the backyard. Check-in was easy. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Shower was hot and strong and beds were comfortable.
− There was some strange people hanging on the property: on the porch and in the parking. They did not look like the clients (for the other part of the duplex), but rather like trespassers. In addition, windows to the rooms were not closed (perhaps left purposely very slightly open) and it was not easy to lock them. All this created a sense of insecurity.
