Terrible experience
1.0- not sure.
− -messed up my reservation and there is no reception, only via WhatsApp or call -Not responsibe on messages or calls - if you are lucky yout an answer -They alocated me on a shared room when i reserved single inclusieve room (different prices, different inclusieve facilities etc) -had to escalate to booking com for help -had to wait about 2 hours+ for resolution, without response to call or messages (after 24 hours flight to have this was a ..mess) - promised loft room for compensation upgrade, and got a regular room. - providing wrong wifi codes, had to review and then corrected
