This apartment worked really well for a group of 5. I would stay here again!
9.0The entry system worked decently well for a group to come and go without needing to exchange keys. The size of the space worked well for 5 people. We used the clothes washer a few times and that worked well.
− There is very little insulation between the exterior walls, so we could hear sounds from the street very easily. I slept with earplugs, but it could be worth including some sound machines. It also was annoying for everyone to validate their passport before one person could gain entry (one of my guests wasn't arriving until later in the week and was inaccessible beforehand). I was grateful that when I called the host, they granted me access.

The building is undergoing renovation work inside.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
