8.0The location and facilities. It was easy to find and access
− The air conditioning did not well sufficiently in very hot weather. And the shower temperature was temperamental. Often it was cold. This was not an issue as the weather was so hot but it could cause issue in the winter.

− Ar condicionado nao funciona (fomos no verao). Passamos um calor absurdo. O aquecedor de agua nao funciona. E pior, os funcionários nao sabem resolver. Tive que tomar banho com a chaleira eletrica e pote esquentado no fogão. Péssima experiência, nao recomendo para ninguém.
