Gute Lage und schöne Aussicht
7.0Die Lage war sehr gut und praktisch. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Pool und der Community-Bereich, die sehr angenehm und gepflegt waren. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Wohnung war geräumig und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet.
− Die Wohnung bräuchte insgesamt mehr Pflege und eine gründlichere Reinigung. Die Stühle und das Bad wirkten abgenutzt. Die Check-in-Informationen waren über die Website der Vermietung nicht zu finden. Etwas störend war auch, dass die Vermietung während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals angerufen hat.

10.0Everything was great, apartment was really nice and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed and in general we've had a great week. Wifi is working really good, we've been on workation and it was cruicial - both of us was having an online meetings without any problem.
− Access cards wasn't ready when we arrived (22pm) and we had to get it in the morning at administration desk (I think it was administration team fault, I've seen they have al informations they needed). The heating wasn't working well, as it was the coldest few days in Miami since many years.
