8.0Fans in every room, near to the station, comfortable beds with hotel quality bed linen, spacious apartment
− Fridge isn't cold, not enough toilet paper provided for 5 people for 4 nights, garden area is unkept, the small bedroom is an awkward size with the double bed squeezed in, was ok for us as it was our 15 year old staying in it

8.0Der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter war in unserer Situation wirklich sehr hilfreich. Nach einem anfänglichen Problem war der Sohn des Vermieters inkl. Personal schnell vor Ort. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist "goldwert", da die Parkplatzsituation in London schwierig ist. Die Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend.
Nice place but maintenance is below average. It can’t be called 5-star, sorry.
6.0Shower, beds and pillows were really good. Good size and distance to center is not an issue at all.
− No internet (which is unacceptable), fridge not working (lost food overnight) and questionable cleaning inside cabinets and drawers.

8.0Clean and comfortable. Good value for money little further out then the 10 to 15min advertised into lLondon, but easy to navigate around using London transport.

5.0− Ausstattung in der Küche nicht zufriedenstellend (Pfanne, Schöpflöffel fehlt), Duschkopf kaputt, Dachfensterblenden funktionieren nicht, Küche nicht sauber!!!
