2.0The staff was very helpful very pleasant. They tried their very best to make your stay exceptional.
− The room I stayed in I was told on checking in that it does not belong to the hotel. It was privately on which I discovered from enter in the room, broken furniture no blankets on the bed no towels the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was hereon the bathroom sink. The mirrors are dirty from someone brushing their teeth and passion water on the mirror, I was contacted by owner and they said they were on the center. Housekeeper housekeeper came and said she was only supposed to clean the bathroom which we had already done because we cannot stay.

5.0The location and the room was nice.
− It wasn't clean upon arrival. We arrived later in the evening. They was trying to just get us to leave and find somewhere. We had been traveling all day and there was no possible way to find another place in the area we needed. I've emailed and texted the host with no response. Booking said the owner would contact us soon. Still received nothing. We should have to pay for a night or cleaning fee. Since we had to clean the room to stay the night.
