good option for families

location and surrounding area, good spot when travelling by car with a family and staying in Miami for multiple days. to be in Miami it is a very valuable option with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and Wynwood attractions very close.

− our appartment was on the ground floor with large glazing facing the road. the community is a bit unique although we never had issues with. during a tropical storm the access road was flooded upto the knees.

There is a code they send and they have a key and your parking tag onsite. Hosts were excellent communicators. You are in a hub so it's a lot to do that is close by.

− That you could not access the unit in the back (it was always locked so moving in and rainy days was an issue). There is only 1 elevator and it was old. It was hard to figure out where to dispose the trash.

− Muy sucio!!! la piscina en pésimo estado, infringe las leyes sanitarias. Puertas rotas, pasillos y paredes sucias. Personas fumando, olor a marihuana dentro y fuera del apartamento. Pésimo lugar para ir con Niños.

− Terrible property, they scammed me out of my money, absolutely nothing about age in the contract or listing. I already pay the full amount upfront, after signing the contract, then I need to do a check in and they proceed to tell me I need to be 21 as the main guest. So I say okay can you change the main guest to my friend who is over 21, but no they say they can’t obviously which they can. Since they are scammers and rather try keep the money then it’s a different story since they are money hungry idiots. Instead of actually wanting to satisfy customers they choose to scam.
