Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Auch die Lage der Wohnung im Souterrain war bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur sehr angenehm. Nette kleine Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten.

De ligging in een rustige, groene buurt. Ondanks de hitte was het in het appartement redelijk koel. U- en S-Bahn heel dicht bij. s'Morgens gewekt worden door de vogels in de tuin. We hoorden zelfs een zwartkop.

We had a 3 week stay at this Airbnb conveniently located close to S- and U-Bahn, as well as in a nice neighborhood, one I knew from my childhood. Tuesdays and Fridays one can still find the market on the Rüdesheimer Platz, always a hi-light! There you can also find bakeries, a Butter Lindner, Bio Produce, a Reformhaus and an Apotheke. Nice restaurants and a cute wine bar within close proximity as well. A couple of large grocery stores in the other direction and for summer guests even an outdoor Schwimmbad in walking distance. The apartment was nicely painted and kept in whites and sage green, cotton linens appreciated, only 1 small couch blanket in case one needed more layers. There was a washing machine with drying racks available- no detergent. The apartment had floor heating which was definitely a plus!

− Not prepared were we for a Basement entrance to the apartment, 13 steep concrete steps down, with rusty iron edges, then through a basement! It is a BASEMENT APARTMENT, located right under the host who is walking about above you- Par Terre was only the side towards the garden (bed rm and living rm), which made this part bright and friendly. EVERYTHING was from Ikea. The dishes and wine glasses not terribly clean. No coffeemaker to brew and keep coffee warm, but there was a Nespresso machine with a couple of pods. No microwave. We had 1 dish towel, dish detergent almost out, no dish sponge/brush. Also just 1 Bath and 1 Hair towel per each- no spares. A single toilet paper roll was provided, no shampoo, no shower gel etc, there was a hand soap at the sink but not a single hand towel. No welcome drinking water ( place had extremely hard water), no greeting, only texted instructions where to go, where to find the key and that the garden was off limits, except for a small paved square immediately in front of the living rm!

Locatie excelenta foarte aproape de mijloace de transport (metrou, tren proximitate, autobuz etc), aproape de supermarket si multe restaurante, apartament spatios si foarte curat, modern, cu toate utilitatile, bucatarie dotata si nu in ultimull rand cu o gazda foarte amabila. Recomand cu caldura !

Gut gelegen, sehr ruhig (kein Großstadtgewimmel), Blick in den Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.. Wohlfühlfaktor.. hier ist einfach an alles gedacht worden.. die Räumlichkeiten, die Ausstattung..einfach top👌 Sehr gute, freundliche und rasche Kommunikation, falls eine Frage aufkam.. Von mir eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung😉
