Great, very clean and modern apartment in probably one of the best tourist locations in Istanbul!
9.0Location is excellent, being situated right next to the Galata Tower. Numerous supermarkets and bars within seconds of walking from the front of the building. The tower also acting as a great landmark of where you are staying. The Tünel Myd (Funicular tunnel railway) is close by, along with a short walk to a metro stop (Şişhane). A short walk down hill brings you to the Karaköy area with it's tram stop and river for boat connections or for a walk across the Galata Bridge to Eminönü.
− Door code to the actual apartment room was temperamental and usually took at least 3 attempts each time to gain access to the room. Quite amusing each time, guessing how many times it would take. No tea towel provided, also no proper coffee cups. Very minor things
