8.0Property entrance not visible from roadside . No loading or unloading area. We used Susan Backing co as the location for pickup. No Signs about the property from Roadside . Our driver went around in circles to find it.

8.0Room is good just the washroom is leaking and no toilet papers. No receptionist just communicate on watsup. Stayed for 4 days so no toilet papers for 3 days. I asked but it came right away. They disnt informed me that the communication will be on watsup

4.0It is so hard to find the location, Best way is to take uber to susan cafe next to the entrance then go in otherwise it took me 3 plus hours to find inside the mall and no one knows it is dunya appt complex not heaven guest, You will get lost if you do not follow my instructions

10.0Clean apartment, very close to dubai mall and burj khalifa. Excellent location! Host extremely helpful. Arrived in dubai at 1am and host was speaking to me on whatsapp to make sure my check is smooth! 10/10
