Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη αλλά και κεντρική περιοχή. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει μια τετραμελή οικογένεια, ή δύο ζευγάρια. Εχει πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα, υπηρεσίες, καφετέριες και κάθε είδους παροχές. Έχει μπαλκόνι σε ήσυχο δρόμο αλλά με θέα στην πολυσύχναστη οδό Εθνάρχου Μακαρίου και στον όμορφο Ναό του Αγίου Αντωνίου ιδιαίτερα το βράδυ που φωταγωγείται. Οι οικοδεσπότες Σπύρος και Δέσποινα, φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι, σου παραδίδουν οι ίδιοι τα κλειδιά, σου εξηγούν τις λειτουργίες του διαμερίσματος και σου παρέχουν κάθε πληροφορία που χρειάζεσαι, ενώ σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής, είναι στη διάθεσή σου, για να εξυπηρετήσουν κάθε ανάγκη και να λύσουν κάθε πρόβλημα που θα μπορούσε να παρουσιαστεί.

It was a very lovely place, the host were polite and friendly, before our arrival they shared lots of important information, such us supermarkets, metro stations, places tk visit and how, restaurants and more, It was a great experience and we will love ot visit again. Thank you

Strategically located and thoughtfully designed, this property is, without question, the standout choice in this part of Athens. It is exceptionally well-stocked and equipped with everything one could possibly need. It is a rare find where the reality far exceeds the promise of the online photos—staying here was a truly rewarding experience that surpassed all our expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough."

A home away from home

Strongly recommended. Local vibe, safe neighborhood, close to train station - a place providing homelike accommodation. Not too many tourist around – at least how I feel. All kind of shops within walking distance - supermarket(s), restaurant(s), hair salon, etc. In apartment, you can find washing machine with detergent for laundry and stove with oven to prep your meal. Cooking pots & pans, plates, forks, and basic seasonings are available. Bathroom is clean and no shortage of hot water. Bedrooms with A/C are comfortable. No problem if you want to do touristy things – just a few train stops away. I got a 5 days city transit pass for under 10 Euro – unlimited ride. Thank you Despina & Spyros for your hospitality.

Πολυ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα δίπλα απο στάση Μετρο σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ευγενέστατοι οι οικοδεσποτες.Οι παροχες παρα πολλές.Αριστη γενικά η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.
