− I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future guests about my experience. While my birthday trip itself was wonderful, the property was unfortunately not as advertised. The home was not as clean as the listing photos suggested, and the pool was visibly dirty upon arrival. We documented the condition of the property with photos immediately. The most disappointing part was the handling of the damage deposit. After checkout, the host repeatedly requested that I leave a positive review before refunding my deposit. This made the refund feel conditional, which was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. The property was left in good condition, and there was no damage caused during our stay. I provided proof of payment and documentation when requested. I would strongly encourage future guests to keep all communication on-platform, document the condition of the property upon arrival, and be cautious regarding any off-platform payment requests or review-related refund discussions. My refund was never received.

Lo único la pileta, pero fue una estafa todo, nos pidieron una seña de 200 dólares y nunca la devolvieron y recién nos dieron la clave para ingresar 2 horas después del horario de ingreso. Está todo en mal estado y descuidado y el dueño tiene malos modos y viene mientras que estás hospedado. Nos dijo que solo nos devolvería la plata si calificábamos positivamente. Prefiero perder la plata pero que deje de estafar gente. Esa es la única posibilidad que está casa tenga buena calificación. Lo denunciamos en booking para que la saque pero no hicieron nada y no nos devolvieron la plata. Y el dueño no responde.

Dvir was great! He checked to make sure we arrived ok and if we needed anything. He recommended a few places to eat. Someone came to clean the pool in the morning which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was amazing and easy to use. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with cups/plates and cooking utensils. Has big Kitchen table perfect for meals or playing cards, and plenty of space. We loved watching the iguanas in backyard/trees while we were on the patio or in the pool.

− The towels were small and needed more pillow cases, but Dvir was quick to respond and get us more of each. He is very nice and willing to help with whatever you need. Great communication.

Hot tub and pool were amazing!!!!!!

Perfect spot for family fun. The pool is beautiful and location is safe.

The house was in a beautiful, safe, location. Very quiet, gated, residential area. The house was very spacious and they had so many bed cots for extra persons to sleep individually if needed. The bath water was hot for everyone. A true minimalist short term rental home. Shampoo and soap provided. The pool was absolutely the highlight of this property, the heated pool and jacuzzi made it an absolute pleasure even though the weather was colder than expected. They had plenty of nice clean towels and a great laundry area.

− It would have also been nice to have a TV and fan in each room. Some of the furniture and facilities will require minor maintenance and updating. More kitchen pans would have also been nice.
