Good location but fixing is required

− Bathrooms and some amenities require renovation, something is untidy, something is broken like tap in the bath. Walls are damaged. Some bed linens had stains. There was a bunch of cut nails on the floor of one room. One bedroom is in the basement and the ventilation is not working. Lack of wardrobes, the shelf’s are not convenient. There was no salt, drinking water. The bedroom on the first floor is tidy and weirdly has supermarket-like door that was inconvenient to use to get inside.

10.0همه چیز خوب و تمیز بود فقط باید بدونید این ساختمان دارای ۴ طبقه هست دو سرویس آشپزخانه و یک خواب در زیر زمین یک خواب و سالن کوچک و بالکن و حیاط در هم کف ۲ خواب طبقه اول و یک خواب زیر شیروانی در طبقه دوم از نظر تجهیزات بسیار کامل و تقریبا هر چیزی نیاز داشتید اونجا هست لوکیشن هم خوب بود به همه چیز دسترسی نزدیک دارید در فاصله ۳ دقیقه ای فروشگاه های carefour ,sok , migros وجود داشت حدود ۱۵ دقیقه پیاده تا میدان تقسیم و ۱۰ دقیقه پیاده تا ایستگاه اتوبوس و تراموا tophane کلا موقعیت خوبی داره
