− This was by far the worst place I have ever booked through Booking.com. The descriptin was very misleading. This was not a normal guest accommodation but what appeared to be a lived-in apartment. We were effectively sleeping in the owner's bedroom, surrounded by his personal belongings, including clothes in the wardrobe, a suitcase, hats and other personal items. It felt as though he had simply moved out of his room while guests were staying. The owner also appeared to be living in the apartment. There was only one bathroom, which was shared with him. This was not what we expected from the listing. The house rules required guests not to make noise after midnight, yet after 12 a.m. the front door was repeatedly slammed and people were walking around the corridor, making it difficult to sleep. Our check-out time was before 10:00 a.m. At around 9:15 a.m., the apartment filled with several of the owner's friends, who appeared to be gathering for a party or social event. The owner even knocked on the bedroom door where our daughter was staying because he wanted to retrieve something from the room. The bathroom was effectively unavailable because it was occupied by his guests. The surrounding area was also unpleasant, with rubbish on the streets. If the description had clearly stated that this was a room in an occupied apartment, with the owner living there and sharing the facilities, I would never have booked it. The description did not reflect the reality of the accommodation at all, and the overall experience was shocking.

− El propietari va decidir celebrar el seu cumpleanys amb una festa de mes de 30 persones el dissabte de 9 del mari a 12 de la nit. Gent encuirada i borratxa per totes les estances, musica molt alta, si es el cas i vols fer una festa no posis en reserva l’allotjament en resum va ser molt desagradable.
