1.0Die Lage war gut. In der Nähe ausreichend Gaststätten und der Hafen fußläufig erreichbar
− Das Appartement war bei Ankunft nicht gesäubert, Betten nicht überzogen, sondern noch benutzte Bettwäsche vom Vormieter drauf, gebrauchte Handtücher, Mülleimer voll, Menge dunkler Haare im Waschbecken, in der Badewanne mit Schaum und auf dem Boden im Bad. Untern Fernsehschrank im Wohnbereich eine Menge Müll und Kleinteile, spärliche Ausstattung an Geschirr und Küchenutensulien, kein WLAN- Zugang und keinerlei Informationen. Gegenüber Hochhaus mit Baulärm ab frühem Morgen.Keine Reaktion auf Anfrage zur Handhabung der Schlüsselübergabe vor Anreise und keine Reaktion auf die Reklamation am Folgetag über den Button von booking com: Anbieter kontaktieren.Aufgrund dieser erheblichen Mängel miserables Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis uns keinesfalls zu empfehlen .Bisher leider auch keine Reaktion von booking com auf unser Reklamationsschreiben.
