Good facilities but short on home comforts!
7.0Location - although it is more Golders Green than Hampstead. Kitchen very well equipped.
− All the stairs including inside the apartment which is very difficult with luggage! Uncomfortable sofa - mattress uncomfortable and bed linen old! Although it was a 2 bed apartment it was very pokey and no room for suitcases!

10.0The apartment was clean, and it had everything they said it would. They were great at communicating, and answered all our questions right away. They were really accommodating and helped us out with our extra requests. Parking was free, and they even gave us an extra spot since we had two cars.

9.0It was a wonderful stay! The place was very spacious and very good for the value, the kitchen is equipped with salt and tea which is very nice too. The TV was easy to work and there are extra throws if you would like to stay on the sofa bed. The balcony was lovely to watch the sunset. The location is amazing with a grocery store nearby and many east asian restaurants around such as korean and japanese. Very comfortable and your privacy won't be invaded at all!
− We discovered there wasn't any toothpaste and the fairy liquid was running low but that may have been something overlooked by the host. The kicthen didn't have basic ingredients such as salt and oil so we included that in our shopping. The dog downstairs was a little noisy but that may have been another guest.
