− Все старое и грязное. Не соответствует действительности фотографии. Все очень старое и грязное. Нам не было удобно там ночевать. Не рекомендую никому. Очень жаль что так ошиблись.

8.0Great location, close to the center and with many things to do around such as restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom also and the two balconies were very cute, especially the one looking at the pedestrian street. No cars are passing in front of the apartment.
− The shutters weren't working which was a big problem in the room facing the east and the living room. Also in one of the bedrooms the window opened only in the tilt position. Some of the furniture like a storage box were about to collapse. The coffee machine was leaking water.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage in leicht desolatem Zustand
6.0Sehr gute Lage, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Metro und Bus jederzeit gut erreichbar. Aufzug direkt bis zur Wohnungstür, Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren. Gut gepflegtes Gesamtgebäude.
− Die Wohnung macht einen leicht desolaten Eindruck, vieles ist defekt, z.B. sämtliche Rollos (kann man deshalb tagsüber nicht schließen), die Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon, der Wasserhahn in der Küche (spritzt in alle Richtungen, das Sieb fehlt), etc. Insgesamt waren viele Gegenstände klebrig oder man hat in eine dicke Staubschicht gegriffen, auch die Toilette war nicht sauber. Nachts war es gelegentlich kühl (wir hatten keine Klimaanlage an), es gab jedoch keinerlei Fleecedecken oder Ähnliches in der Wohnung, was für den Schlaf nicht förderlich war.
